Year 1 (2025)
During the first year, efforts will focus on transforming the project’s outcomes into market-ready products and establishing the consortium’s management structure. This includes:
- The consortium’s legal formation and organisational setup.
- Finalising the value proposition, an innovative educational and certification program aligned with the eight critical areas of the European Green Deal.
- Developing IT infrastructure to deliver digital services.
- Launching marketing and dissemination activities to engage key stakeholders.
The value proposition is centred on an organic educational and certification program composed of specific pathways that will be meticulously designed to align with the eight critical areas of the European Green Deal, empowering companies, schools, professionals, and organisations to lead the transition towards a sustainable future. Each pathway will offer in-depth knowledge, practical skills, and recognized certification, ensuring participants are fully equipped to implement and champion sustainable practices in their respective fields.
Years 2–4 (2026–2028)
The focus will shift to commercialisation, market growth, and continued program development, including:
- Product maintenance and updates to keep the certification pathways relevant.
- Research and innovation to expand and improve offerings.
- Enhancing market presence through strategic outreach and partnerships.
- Ongoing marketing to maximise the program’s impact and visibility.
Aligned with the TLBMC Model
The legacy plan is built on the Triple Layered Business Model Canvas (TLBMC), ensuring a well-rounded and sustainable approach:
- Business Layer: Focuses on customer segments, revenue streams, and cost structures to ensure financial sustainability and strategic growth.
- Environmental Layer: Addresses sustainability impacts, promotes circular economy practices, and considers end-of-life solutions for products and services to minimize environmental harm.
- Social Layer: Prioritises engaging communities, fostering inclusivity, and building a societal culture that supports and drives sustainability initiatives.
